"Own Your Own Apartment Home," 1948
In 1948, The Broadmoor became the largest and most prestigious Washington residence to convert to cooperative ownerships. The Broadmoor Cooperative Apartments was incorporated in 1948, and both existing residents and non-residents were solicited to purchase apartments.
